Santhosh Kumar has had a range of work experience in the field operations and research industry. Santhosh started their career as a Field Supervisor at IMRB International in 2004 and worked in that role until 2009. Santhosh then joined TNS as a Field Executive from September 2011 to January 2012. Santhosh most recently worked at IFMR LEAD as part of the field operations team, starting in February 2012.

Santhosh Kumar completed their Bachelor's in Business Administration at Madurai Kamaraj University from 2003 to 2005. Their field of study was Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
