Douglas Costa possesses extensive experience in the agribusiness sector, currently serving as Coordenador Industrial at Cooperativa Agrária Agroindustrial since November 2019, following roles as Especialista Processo e P&D for both Agrária Grits e Flakes and Agrária Farinhas, and Supervisor de Produção at Agrária Farinhas. Prior to this, Douglas worked as a Professor at Sesi Paraná and held positions at Sementes e Alimentos Paraná and SL Cereais e Alimentos, where responsibilities included laboratory analysis. Douglas holds a Mestrado in Tecnologia em Alimentos from the Federal University of Technology - Parana, a Pós Graduação in Gestão da Qualidade de Produtos e Processos from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and degrees in Licenciatura and Bacharelado in Química from UNOPAR.
