Matt Yokley has extensive experience in recruiting and sales, currently serving as Lead Technical Recruiter at Cook Systems International since July 2012, where responsibilities include the full life cycle recruiting, candidate qualification, and compensation negotiation. Prior to this role, Matt worked in customer sales and support at The Lilly Company, focusing on account management and business-to-business sales. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from The University of Memphis, earned between 2005 and 2009.
