Karolina Goss has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Be | Shaping the Future Poland since November 2016. Previously, Karolina held the same title at Margoconsulting from February 2014 to October 2016, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Prior experience includes roles as an IT&T Senior Recruitment Consultant at Eniteo Group and IT&T Recruitment Consultant at Experis IT Poland, focusing on IT and telecommunications recruitment. Karolina began their career as an HR Assistant/Recruitment Specialist at Eurilogic Polska, managing various HR functions and recruitment processes. Karolina holds a Master's degree in French Philology from Silesian University.
