Haykuhi Hayrapetyan has extensive experience in financial monitoring and compliance, primarily at Converse Bank, where roles have included Head of Financial Monitoring Unit and various specialist positions within the Financial Monitoring Unit. Since May 2009, Haykuhi has been responsible for implementing an effective AML compliance program, advising management on compliance matters, and ensuring staff education on regulations. Previous roles involved customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and employee training related to AML/FT initiatives. Early career experience includes positions at Mosaic-AM and Kappa-Bellême ICE, where market research and client analysis were conducted in the natural juice and energy sectors, respectively.
