Currently, Lauren serves as the Marketing Program Manager and Application Modernization Lead at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. Lauren also has experience in customer service and event planning, showcasing their diverse skill set. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University.
