Jessica Soto has extensive experience in educational leadership and curriculum development, currently serving as the USAF Integrated Resilience and Prevention Program Manager and Integrated Resilience Curriculum Content Developer at Longevity Consulting since July 2023. Prior roles include serving as the USAF Master Resilience Training Course Curriculum Content Developer and Instructional System Designer at 6K Systems Inc. from December 2021 to July 2023, as well as the LEAP Selection Manager at the Air Force Culture and Language Center for a brief period in late 2021. Soto's career with the United States Air Force spanned from 1998 to 2021, where various positions included Faculty Development Manager and Advanced Leadership and Management Development Course Instructor. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Higher Education/Educational Leadership from Liberty University, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, and two Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Educational/Instructional Technology and Pharmacy Technology.
