Paulo Ferreira has diverse experience in the field of Human Resources. Paulo began their career as an Estágiário de Recursos Humanos at Adecco Portugal in 2015. Following this, they worked as a Técnico de Recrutamento e Seleção at Leroy Merlin Portugal for a brief period in 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Paulo worked at Verisure Securitas Direct as a Técnico de Recursos Humanos. During this time, they also took up a role as a Talent Manager at Closer Consulting from February to July 2019. In August 2019, Paulo joined Impacto Group Remax as Responsável de Recrutamento e Formação. Since April 2020, they have been working at Convatec, first as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and currently holds the position of Regional Team Lead Europe - Talent Acquisition GBS.
Paulo Ferreira attended Instituto Superior de Ciência Sociais e Politicas from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Licenciatura degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos.
