Bianca McConney, MHRM, is an experienced talent acquisition specialist currently with US Fertility since December 2021. Earlier career roles included human resources coordinator at Radio Advertising, Inc., and recruitment manager at Babbage Net School, where significant reductions in turnover were achieved. Bianca's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in English/Pre-Law from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by studies in Global Studies through various international programs.
