Patrick Caulfield is currently an Account Manager and Inside Business Development professional at CONTROLTEK since August 2023. Previously, Patrick served as a Performance Coach at 1 RM Performance and an Assistant Baseball Coach at Santa Barbara City College, where responsibilities included creating practice plans, managing strategic in-game decisions, and mentoring players. Experience also includes a role as a Guest Arrival Specialist at The Ritz-Carlton, demonstrating exceptional service skills, and extensive coaching at Starting Lineup Training Facility, focusing on the fundamentals of baseball. Patrick has played professionally for the Lincoln Saltdogs and held a management position at Crystal Springs Golf Course. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA and an Associate of Arts in Economics from Santa Barbara City College.
