Jesus Matos Segovia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jesus started their career in 1998 as a Quality Control Seismologist at Baker Hughes, where they utilized seismic planning and processing software for survey monitoring. In 1999, they worked as an Information Technology Help Desk Support at S. A. Escuela Bella Vista, providing desktop support and developing user support strategies.
From 2000 to 2002, Jesus worked as a Lead Software Developer at Universidad Rafael Belloso ChacÃn (URBE), leading a team in developing CORBA-based multi-tier applications. Jesus then joined the City of Maracaibo as a Lead Network/Systems Administrator, where they designed and implemented network infrastructure and deployed server platforms.
In 2005, Jesus worked as a Technical Support Representative at Siemens Canada, providing bilingual technical support for Toshiba laptops and peripherals. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Technical Support Engineer at VMware, handling mission-critical server deployments and supporting VMware Horizon suite.

From 2021 to 2022, Jesus worked at Rivian as a Lead Support Engineer, ensuring robust connectivity for vehicles and chargers and providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

Jesus Matos Segovia earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Rafael Belloso ChacÃn in the years 1992 to 1997.
