Matt DePolo has over two decades of experience in emergency services, currently serving as a Fire Captain Flight Paramedic and Helicopter Program Functional Supervisor at Contra Costa County Fire Protection District since June 2004. In this role, Matt oversees a pioneering public/private partnership with REACH Air Medical, which includes providing air ambulance services using an Airbus H135 and operating firefighting and rescue helicopters like the Eurocopter EC 145. Prior to this, Matt worked as an Engineer Paramedic and Firefighter Paramedic, and served as the Regional Vice President of Marketing and Patient Care at Butte Therapy Systems from July 1997 to July 2006. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biodynamics from the University of California, Berkeley, along with education from Santa Barbara City College and Pacific University.
