Tim Rupert is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in environmental management and consulting. Currently serving as Assistant Secretary at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality since April 2024, Tim oversees the evaluation of air, soil, and water quality through the Office of Environmental Assessment. Previously, Tim held roles as Environmental Department Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. from July 2018 to April 2024, and at Terracon and ECS Limited, where significant improvements in sales and client engagement were achieved. Tim's foundational experience includes work as an Environmental Scientist and Project Management Specialist, complemented by academic credentials in Environmental Toxicology and Environmental Management Systems from Louisiana State University.
