John Przasnyski has been in the IT industry since 2001. John began their career as a Support Representative at Digital Descriptor SYSTEMS Inc. where they managed nationwide onsite installation, training, and support of proprietary biometric and mugshot software to law enforcement agencies, jails, and prisons, as well as being the sole administrator of the internal Domain, servers, and workstations. In 2003, they moved to Info Packaging/NetForcement as a Data Systems Technician, providing Level 2 consultancy for managed services clients, as well as data seizure consultancy for the FBI and SEC. In 2006, they joined RippleTech as a Senior Data Systems Technician, acting as a Level 2 consultant for managed services clients and RippleTech product offerings, as well as transitioning 50+ NetForcement network consulting clients to RippleTech following acquisition. In 2007, they were a Senior Data Systems Engineer at Expert Technology Associates, designing and implementing a datacenter migration from a Windows 2003 physical server farm to a Windows 2008R2 virtual server infrastructure utilizing VMware and ESXI, as well as designing and implementing a Virtual Office environment providing full functionality to telecommuting employees. Since 2017, they have been a Technical Account Engineer at Contour Data Solutions, acting as a technical sponsor between clients and Contours 24 x 7 Operations Center, being the primary escalation point for key client stakeholders, and collaborating with clients to manage daily IT operations, discuss strategic initiatives, and help plan and execute accordingly.

John Przasnyski attended The Chubb Institute from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Network Engineering. John then went on to earn an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Montgomery County Community College.
