Damiano Melotti is a skilled Software Engineer at Google, working in the Kernel Security team to enhance the security of Google's Production Kernel, which supports billions of users globally. As a selected mentee of LeadTheFuture Mentorship, Melotti receives one-on-one guidance from high-impact mentors in STEM. Previous experience includes roles as a Security Researcher and Intern at Quarkslab, Curriculum Counselor and Academic Tutor at Università di Trento, and participation in CyberChallengeIT, which focuses on cybersecurity education. Melotti also interned in Research and Development at Spindox, contributing to IoT and blockchain projects. Melotti holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from both the University of Twente and Università di Trento, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Università di Trento.
