Conita L. has a diverse work experience in the food industry spanning over two decades. Conita began their career at Tyson Foods as a Seafood-Food Technologist in 1995 and worked there until 1999. Following that, they joined Trident Seafoods as an R&D Manager/Sr. Food Technologist and remained with the company until 2013. Conita then joined The Kraft Heinz Company as a Sr. Food Scientist from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Continental Mills as a Sr. Food Scientist since 2016.
Conita L. pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science at the University of Alberta from 1991 to 1993.
