Noble Sebastian is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager Human Resources at CONTEXiO since January 2023, responsible for heading the HR vertical. Prior to this role, Noble worked at CMS IT Services from June 2022 to December 2022 as Senior Manager for Regional HR, overseeing operations in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Goa. Noble has also led the HR vertical as an HR Partner at Mission for Vision from April 2016 to July 2021, and served as AVP of Talent Management at HSBC from February 2015 to January 2016, focusing on performance and rewards as well as talent management and organizational development initiatives. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Manager in HR Services at Ugam Solutions Pvt Ltd from May 2007 to October 2011, concentrating on talent engagement and HR service delivery. Noble obtained a Master of Management Studies in HR from Chetana's R. K. Institute of Management & Research, completing the degree in 2007.
