Arne Vistnes is a Chief Operating Officer and HR-leader at Contesto AS, where he is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies. He also serves as an Avdelingsleder DM and Konsulentleder, overseeing the development and operations of Contesto's consultancy team in Stavanger. Additionally, Arne has extensive experience as a Discipline Leader with technical responsibilities for various products. His background includes roles as a Project Manager and System Consultant, working on Document Management Solutions from Open Text. Previous to Contesto AS, Arne worked as a System Consultant at TOTAL E&P NÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×E AS and held consultant roles at Telenor and Xtra. Arne has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an Executive Master of Management in Human Resources Management.
