Swetha Balaji is a Senior Business Analyst at Moderna since August 2022, serving as a Technical Business Analyst to connect laboratory processes with market technologies. Key responsibilities include acting as the product owner for an internal analytical request management portal, leading technical integrations for a significant Benchling deployment across two major departments, and serving as the system administrator and lead business analyst for the Benchling ELN and Inventory system.
