Jeffrey Brown is an experienced professional in the fields of tax collection, beauty branding, marketing, and retail. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Constitutional Tax Collector for Palm Beach County since March 2017, Jeffrey also operates as the Managing Partner at Mystic Scentsations LLC since October 2015. Previous roles include Sales and Marketing Executive at NV Beauty Branding, Certified Audi Brand Specialist at Braman Motorcars, and various sales positions at Audi of West Palm Beach. Jeffrey has a strong background in retail management, having served as Retail Executive for Elizabeth Arden, with responsibilities across major department stores in Florida. Earlier career highlights include serving as National Director of Training at Basic Research and Trish McEvoy Cosmetics’ National Artist. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Acting and Directing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has completed undergraduate coursework in Business Administration at the College of The Albemarle.
