Thomas Gervais has extensive experience in communications and dispatch roles, currently serving as a Communications Center Supervisor at the Parliamentary Protective Service since June 2021. Prior to this position, Thomas worked at Loyal Taxi from September 2012 to May 2021, where roles included Service Dispatcher and Driver. Thomas's career in dispatching began at Bob Taxi from June 2006 to August 2012, where responsibilities included Driver and Dispatcher. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Sales Administrator at Centre De Services St-Louis and an Account Manager role at GardaWorld. Early career experience includes working as an Officer at Riviera Security. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, which was earned between 2002 and 2005.
