Karen Reich is an experienced Product Owner and Product Business Analyst at Constellation Digital Partners since July 2022. Prior to this role, Karen spent nearly three decades at Fidelity Investments, where the career culminated as a Senior Information Technology Manager, overseeing global teams of up to 28 software engineers and promoting Agile practices. Karenn's tenure at Fidelity also included significant contributions as a Principal Systems Analyst, focusing on requirements gathering, process mapping, and analysis for a variety of applications within Investment Services Platforms. Earlier positions included roles as Lead Analyst and Senior Programmer Analyst. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
