Robert Kożuchowski has extensive experience in customer platforms and digital solutions, currently serving as the Head of Customer Platforms Solutions at NTT DATA since November 2024. Prior to this role, Robert was the Owner of resMedia since May 2007 and served as the Banking & Insurance Line of Business Director at execon from November 2022 to October 2024. Notably, during their tenure at Roche from October 2018 to October 2022, Robert led the Business Consultancy & Customer Experience Chapter, overseeing a range of capabilities to enhance E2E services. Robert's background also includes significant positions at Orange, where responsibilities included leading digital platforms and contact center systems. Earlier roles encompass project management and business relationship management within IT at various organizations, including Aviva Poland. Robert holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in IT, Marketing, and Management from Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Warszawie.
