Enri Pérez serves as the Directora of Alquímia Lúdica since January 2016, focusing on creative, active, and experiential workshops for companies and organizations that enhance interpersonal relationships and team cohesion. In addition to this role, Enri Pérez has been a Formadora at IDFO since May 2021, and collaborates with El Despertador on personal coaching and recreation since January 2017. Enri Pérez also utilizes expertise in emotional facilitation for the KOA PROGRAMME with Fundación Nous Cims to support at-risk youth and instructs communication skills for the Zing Programme at Consell Comarcal de la Selva. With extensive involvement in organizations like Cruz Roja Española and Servei Municipal d'Ocupació de l'Ajuntament de Girona, Enri Pérez enhances transversal competencies across various occupation programs, while also contributing to the music scene as Codirectora of Alquímia Musical since 2008. Educational background includes a degree in Communication Sciences from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, along with multiple certifications in coaching, teaching, and therapeutic practices.
