Matt Spindler is an experienced professional in education and program evaluation, currently serving as an Evaluation Specialist at Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences since 2022. Additionally, Matt operates as an Independent Contractor with Brockport Research Institute and holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at State University of New York College at Oswego. Previously, Matt worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Faculty Fellow at Wisconsin Technical College System, focusing on creating a common DEI learning experience. Additional experience includes roles as a Learning Experience Designer at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and as an Assistant Professor at Virginia Tech, specializing in Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education, as well as Career and Technical Education Teacher Preparation at State University of New York College at Oswego. Matt's academic qualifications include a PhD in Work, Community, and Family Education and a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation from Michigan State University, in addition to a MEd in Agricultural Education and a BS in Biology from the University of Minnesota and University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, respectively.
