Clare Stafford Taylaur is the Founder and Managing Partner of Conscious Consulting, established in January 2021, focusing on enhancing organizations through People, Culture, and Leadership initiatives. Prior to this, Clare served as the Global Head of Human Capital at Mubadala Capital from January 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities included developing global HR strategies and establishing offices across multiple countries. Clare's experience also includes roles as Recruitment Delivery Manager at Injazat Data Systems and Service and Retention Manager at Kelly Services. Clare began a career in education as an English Teacher in Japan. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Organization Development from the Metanoia Institute, Chartered Fellow CIPD certification, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
