Rich Gersten is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at True Beauty Ventures, a firm established in March 2020 that specializes in scaling emerging brands in the beauty, personal care, and wellness sectors. In addition to this role, Rich serves as a Board Member for Vacation Inc., evolvetogether, and NEST New York, and holds positions as a Board Observer for The 7 Virtues Beauty Inc., Moon Juice, Glow Recipe, and maude. Rich is also an investor in Crown Affair and has been involved with Feals as a Board Observer since April 2021. Rich holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Economics from Union College. Early education was completed at Bronx High School of Science.
