Yuliya Bezsmertna is an experienced delivery and project manager currently serving as Delivery Manager at Conscensia since October 2023. Previously, Yuliya held the position of Project Manager at TechMagic from October 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of 13, leading Scrum ceremonies, and overseeing multiple JIRA boards. In addition, Yuliya was Team Lead at MagicFuse during the same timeframe, focusing on team development, employee onboarding, and internal process improvements. Earlier roles included Project Manager at Simplify and Auspex UA LLC, where Yuliya managed full project life cycles, budget controls, and client communications. Yuliya's career began as a Project Manager at BIT Impulse LLC, where business development and client networking were key responsibilities. Yuliya holds a Master's degree in Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
