Shipra Saxena currently serves as an Account Manager and Business Manager at Search Tactics LLC, starting in November 2023, where daily prospecting and engagement with financial decision makers occurs. Previously, Shipra held the position of Business Development Manager at AYMM Consulting for a brief period in early 2024. At VBeyond Corporation from January 2021 to September 2023, Shipra worked as an Account Manager, managing key clients such as Genpact and Microland, while responsibilities included communicating with points of contact to identify job openings and technical requirements. Shipra has also contributed as a Talent Partner at Microland Limited, overseeing the end-to-end hiring process.
