Felix Paul Czerny has a diverse work experience. In 2012, they interned at h&z Business Consulting as a Consulting intern. In 2013, they interned at UniCredit in Corporate Analysis and Advisory. Later that year, they also interned at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Strategy Consulting. In 2014, they worked as the CEO Assistant and in Business Development at FlixBus GmbH. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at PwC in Deals - Restructuring, Valuation and Strategy, Financial Due Diligence, and Commercial Due Diligence. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Strategy & Business Development Consultant, supporting various strategy consulting companies, private equity funds, and startups. In 2020, they founded happyMasken and served as the Founder until December of the same year. In 2021, they co-founded CONROO and currently holds the position of Co-Founder and CEO.

Felix Paul Czerny began their education in 2010 at the University of Konstanz, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Economics. Felix Paul completed this program in 2013. In 2012, Felix participated in an exchange program at Lingnan University HongKong, focusing on Business and Economics.

After their undergraduate studies, Felix went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance & Management at the University of St Andrews, starting in 2014 and completing it in 2015.
