Corey Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support, application analysis, and customer relations. Currently serving as Team Lead in Property Relations at ApproveShield since June 2022, Corey previously held the position of Senior Application Analyst. Prior to that, Corey worked at Genpact as a Social Media Content Analyst from March 2018 to June 2022, and as a Benefits Specialist at AmerisourceBergen. Additional experience includes roles at 24-7 Intouch as a Customer Service Representative, Apple Inc. as a Security Account Manager, HBO as a Technician, and Time Warner Cable as a Residential Assistant. Corey began a career in management at Laredo Taco Company as an Assistant Kitchen Manager. Corey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Western Governors University.
