Kayla Santos is an experienced professional with a diverse background in payroll services, administration, and event management. Currently serving as Payroll Tax Team Lead at ConnectPay Payroll Services since April 2018, Kayla has progressed through roles including Payroll Tax Specialist and Administrative Assistant. In addition, Kayla has been a Secretary for Hero Helpers of America since September 2013, handling various responsibilities such as note-taking, event organization, social media management, and graphic design tasks, including the creation of the official logo. Previous positions held include Manager and Server at The British Beer Company, Social Media Coordinator at The Triplicity Group, Receptionist at Herb Chambers Lexus, and roles in food service at TGI Fridays and Bertucci's. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Bridgewater State University, completed in 2013, following a diploma from Foxborough High School.
