Gregory Farias, AIC, AIS, currently serves as a Liability Examiner at The Norfolk & Dedham Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Gregory spent seven years as an Insurance Claims Adjuster at Travelers from October 2014 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes various positions in customer service and retail management at Target, Gamestop, CVS, and Basspro Shops from May 2006 to October 2014. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
