Tom Hoctor is a skilled Water System Hydraulics Engineer currently employed at Connecticut Water since January 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Engineer III at Weston & Sampson from October 2019 to January 2023 and worked as an Assistant Project Engineer at Tata & Howard, Inc. from October 2016 to October 2019, gaining expertise in contractor oversight, shop drawing review, invoice verification, and documentation for water supply construction projects. Tom's early career included roles as a Prep Cook at Lime Rock Catering and as a Work Study Ensemble Facilitator in the music department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Tom also gained engineering experience as an intern with the Westfield Water Department, managing data related to the city’s water system, as well as serving in various roles in archery instruction at T.L. Storer Scout Reservation. Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in May 2016, following education at Westfield High School.
