Kate Green, SHRM CP, is currently a Human Resources Specialist at Congressional Budget Office since May 2019. Prior to this, Kate served as a Senior Human Capital Manager at Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC from November 2015 to April 2019. With a background as a Human Resources Generalist at Systems Integration & Development from August 2007 to November 2015, Kate holds a BA in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Kate also attended the Academy of the Holy Cross from 1993 to 1997.
