Jay Thomas Fox is an American actor, proud father, and quintessential Renaissance man. Jay Thomas has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career, beginning in 1995 as a Senior Recruiter at Cambridge Search, Inc. In 1998, they became the CEO and Lead Recruiter at InterQuest, Inc., where they managed 10 direct reports and marketed a B2B search engine technology service. In 2002, they founded Fox Recruiting, a full-service contingency, retained, and corporate contract recruiting services company. In 2004, they founded Fox Appointment Broker (FAB), a B2B demand-generation in the form of qualified appointment setting services. In 2006, they became the Head Coach for Fox Wrestling, one of the oldest (open tournament) competitive amateur wrestlers in North America. In 2016, they began working as a Film, TV & Commercial Actor. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager and Lead Recruiter at 6K, a hyper-fast-paced, heavily-funded startup and creators of UNIMELT®PLASMA PRODUCTION.

Jay Thomas Fox received their Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification from the East Coast Aero Technical Institute (now National Aviation Academy) in the field of Aerospace Engineering Maintenance Technology. Jay Thomas also attended Andover High School. In addition, they obtained an FAA Certified Airframe & Powerplant Aircraft Mechanic certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
