Rachel Gerace serves as the Chief People Officer at Confience since September 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership. Previously, Rachel held the position of Vice President, People at VergeSense from September 2022 to August 2024. A significant tenure at Convercent from October 2012 to June 2022 included roles as Chief People Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and EVP of Operations, alongside leading Customer Success initiatives. Other positions include Director of Project Management Office at Rivet Software and Partner & Program Consultant at Linchpin Logic. Rachel began a career in customer services and international business development, with degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where a Bachelor of Arts in Geography was obtained.
