Richa Oberoi Arora currently serves as Director HR - People Partner at Inizio since February 2024. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained at Milliman from October 2018 to January 2024, including positions as Head of HR - MEA & APAC and Senior Human Resources Business Partner across various regions. Richa's career also includes key HR roles at Decision Resources Group, Accenture, Next Group PLC, and Diamond Overseas, with early career experience at Tecnova and a summer internship at ABB Lummus Heat Transfer B.V. An academic background includes a Master's in Personnel Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, along with ongoing UGC NET qualification in Human Resources Management. Richa has also contributed to academia as a visiting faculty in HR Management.
