Richard Farrand boasts extensive experience in senior leadership roles, most notably as Director APAC & Global Head Workforce Management at Conduent since July 2020, overseeing resource planning and management for the APAC CXM business. Prior to this, Richard served as Chief Operating Officer at Bank of America from July 2016 to April 2020, managing the global IT and BPO operations. Richard's long tenure at HSBC from September 1980 to June 2016 included various senior executive positions, such as COO Global Resourcing, where responsibilities encompassed operations in India and Sri Lanka, as well as multiple roles spanning IT, operations, and customer-facing functions across major business lines. Richard's educational foundation includes attendance at Parrs Wood High School from 1971 to 1979.
