Kim Ringold is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an ITIL 4 Foundation certification. Currently serving as Program Manager at DMI (Digital Management, LLC) since December 2021, Kim brings extensive experience in government IT services from roles at Conduent, including Portfolio Lead and Client Partner. In addition, Kim has held the position of Vice President at Xerox since October 2011, overseeing operations and managing a team responsible for application development for the Maryland Department of Human Services, while also serving as program manager for the Affordable Care Act contract. Prior to this, Kim worked as a Program Manager at ACS, a Xerox Company.
