Vinod Kumar has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Eptura since October 2022, and previously as a Software Development Manager at Condeco, which has been a major role since January 2013. Kumar has held various positions at Condeco including Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on sprint planning, requirement gathering, design architecture, team management, hiring, and stakeholder communication. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Accentiv SurfGold Pte. Ltd. and JAK Software within the Jaipuria Group. Kumar holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Ranchi University.
