Chris Richmond began their work experience at Concrete Pipe & Precast LLC in 2001 as an Assistant Project Manager. Chris then worked as a Quality Control Technician in 2002 and as a Data Entry/Assistant to Office Manager in 2003. From 2004 to present, they have held various roles at the company, including Project Manager, Senior Engineering Technician, Engineering Manager, and currently as the Director of Engineering.

Chris Richmond attended the University of Virginia from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. The field of study is unknown.
