Michael Hansford has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Michael started their career in 1995 as a Coordinator at Mercedes Benz HPE. In 2001, they became a Manager at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing. One year later, they were promoted to Manager, Purchasing at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, LLC. In 2007, they were a Submittals Specialist at H.M.Ross & Associates and a Consultant at Extended Enterprise Group. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Surgere, Inc. as a Manufacturing Consultant - Supply Chain, Process Optimization & Packaging, a Manager - Business Development - Automotive, and a Senior Logistics & Process Manager. From 2011 to 2019, they were a Senior Materials Manager at The Productivity Team. Recently, they completed a Project for Volkswagen Mexico where they realized a cost savings of $450,000.00 through process improvement. Currently, they are a Fly fisherman and Trapshooter at The great outdoors WV.

Michael Hansford attended George Mason University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics.
