Amanda Jansen has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Amanda started as an Assistant General Manager at Bridgette Bar in 2017 and then progressed to become the General Manager in 2019. In 2020, Amanda briefly worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at Kumama Bistro. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Manager at Concorde Entertainment Group, where they started in 2021. Amanda's expertise and leadership skills led their to their current role as the Director of Operations at Concorde Entertainment Group starting in 2023.
Amanda Jansen completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Brock University in 2008. Amanda then went on to receive an Advanced Sake Professional certification from the Sake Education Council in 2016. In 2018, they obtained a Level 3 award in wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In 2019, they also received a Level 3 award in sake from the same institution.
