Steve Neth

VP, Operations at Spire Hospitality

Steve Neth has always believed that if you take care of your team members they will, in turn, take care of your guests. As SPIRE Hospitality™’s VP of Operations, Steve fosters an engaged and collaborative environment in which team members are valued, supported, and acknowledged for their contributions.

His genuine love of people guided his career choice and, after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality from the University of Central Florida, Steve has never looked back. Over the past 24 years, he has gained invaluable, hands-on experience in numerous hospitality positions, from PBX Operations, to Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Task Force Management, prior to serving as the Director of Operations and General Manager for various nationwide hotel management companies. Steve then spent 11 years at Pillar Hotels & Resorts as Regional Director of Operations and, most recently, held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he oversaw operations for 17 hotels.

Committed to continuous improvement, optimized processes and procedures, and streamlined operational structures that result in optimal performance and profitability, Steve plays an integral role in ensuring that SPIRE Hospitality outperforms the competition.
