Tolga Albayrak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, project management, and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of the HR Shared Service Center at Conclusion since March 2021, Tolga has successfully led a transition to a shared service center, enhancing employee satisfaction for 3,500 employees across 30 organizations. Prior roles include Change Consultant at Conclusion Consulting, Project Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Change Manager for several organizations, where Tolga has guided process improvements, coaching, and agile transformations. Tolga holds a Master of Science in Public Governance & Strategy from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
