Jenifer Short has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jenifer started their career as an intern at Ohio Desk in 2009, where they assisted with inventory control and design presentation boards. Jenifer then worked as a Scenic and Space Designer at Burke Brothers Sound in 2008, developing layouts for scenic elements and casino tables.

In 2010, Jenifer joined Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. as a Store Planning Coordinator, managing and organizing multiple projects per fiscal year. Jenifer also took on the role of Temporary Store Planning Coordinator, designing new fixture layouts and resolving installation issues for remodel projects.

In 2013, Jenifer worked as a Store Planner - Contractor at Sears Holdings Corporation, creating fixture floor plans and analyzing store performance data. Jenifer later joined Follett Higher Education Group in 2014 as a Store Designer, responsible for assembling store designs and remodel plans.

From 2016 to 2019, Jenifer worked at Lendlease as a Regional Design Manager, overseeing architecture firms and permitting expediters for the KFC American Showman Accelerated Program. Jenifer reviewed construction drawings, managed design issues, and ensured budget compliance.

Currently, Jenifer holds the position of Director of Project Development at Concerto Renal Services since December 2020, where they are involved in project development and management.

Jenifer Short attended Kent State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design.
