Brad Culbertson is a Principal Aviation Architect at Concepts Beyond, where expertise in Air Traffic Management (ATM) and National Airspace System (NAS) architecture is applied to support FAA Next Gen research and implementation projects. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Lockheed Martin, where roles ranged from Senior Manager of Strategic Planning to Principal Systems Engineer, focusing on the development of strategic business and technology plans for ATM and communications, navigation, and surveillance (CNS) technologies. Early career experience includes managing scientific systems at Mack Trucks, Inc. Brad Culbertson holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Research from Shippensburg University.
