Luís Brites serves as the CEO of Clever Hospitality Analytics since May 2017 and holds a position as a Non-Executive Board Member at Host Hotel Systems. Previously, Luís was a Board Member and VP of International Operations at Newhotel Software from September 2008 to April 2017, and General Manager at Belver Hotels from October 2005 to August 2008. Early career experiences include roles such as Commercial Director at Genworth Financial, Country Manager at Card Protection Plan, Manager of Residential & SoHo's at Novis, and Customer Management Director at Chronopost Portugal. Luís began with a focus on customer service as Head of Customer Service at Telechamada and Customer Service Manager at Interbanco. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Licentiate degree in Economics & Management from the same institution.
