Possessing strong expertise in payroll technologies, Qaiser has managed significant payroll functions for thousands of employees, and consistently driven initiatives for process automation and efficiency. Qaiser holds an MBA in Management from the University of Maryland and a BA in Business Administration-Accounting from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
